We Handle all the Details

Our goal is to make living at the UW as easy as possible. The living room at the UW Court is fully furnished. Also, our kitchen has all the essentials (dishes, glassware, utensils). The backyard has ample tables and chairs. The only items you need to provide are those for your bedroom.  Every bedroom has its own lock.

Updated Historical Property

This is an altered but relatively intact historic property with architectural and historic significance. It was constructed in 1922 in the Dutch Colonial Revival style, which was prevalent in the University Park neighborhood during this period. Dutch Colonial-style houses in the University Park neighborhood commonly feature front-facing gambrel roofs with side entries because their arrow form fit well onto the neighborhood’s narrow streetcar suburb lots. The earliest recorded owner was Chas. J. Miller in 1937. Chas and his wife Millicent owned the house until after 1972.

Yard Maintenance and Cleaning

We take care of all outside yard maintenance. Also, at least once each month a professional maid will clean all of the common areas.
